With my husband Marcin, we run a family business together. He focuses on the technical aspects, such as heating, ventilation and air conditioning (MOLE Hvac Equipment Ltd), which are crucial for plant micropropagation while my area of expertise is centred around micropropagation itself.

In vitro Microplants, operates as a subsidiary of Mole, focusing on specific research and development initiatives. This structure allows In Vitro Microplants to leverage MOLE's extensive resources and expertise while pursuing its unique projects and objectives.

We also maintain connections with private individuals, who have extensive knowledge in genetics and that expertise is invaluable in the field of plant micropropagation, providing essential insights that enhance our work.

I have been running in vitro micropropagation laboratory for the last 9 years. I possess a proficient level in the successful propagation of plant culture, resulting in effective and expedited plant multiplication. 

I hold a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering, specialising in microbiology and chemistry, with a strong foundation in physics. This educational background equips me with the knowledge and skills to understand the intricate interactions between microorganisms and the environment, as well as the chemical reactions that influence environmental quality.
My expertise extends to hydrology and water engineering. This broad understanding of environmental engineering allows me to approach the in vitro micropropagation process with a holistic perspective, considering the various factors that impact the growth and development of microplants.

In vitro Microplants prioritises the implementation of data protection policies and procedures to safeguard confidential information. This ensures that our laboratory maintains the highest level of data security and confidentiality, in line with industry best practices.
